Sandeep Asija - Founder
Mr. Asija accelerated his passions for commercial real estate by acquiring and effectively managing a retail-plaza/strip-mall and an office building while working as a full time senior software architect in high tech industry starting in year 2013. Building upon tremendous success from his initial properties, Mr. Asija quickly expanded his portfolio by shopping center & first-class office buildings. Currently, Mr. Asija is dedicated full time in managing hundreds of thousands of sqft. of quality commercial real estate, and personally committed in providing steadfast services to diversity of tenants from individuals doctors, restaurant owners to Walmart, BJs, AMC, large businesses & public companies.
Mr. Asija also worked as a senior software architect for two decades and was instrumental in delivering solutions generating from 100s of millions to billions of dollars of revenue for US defense contractors, fortune-100 companies and successful startups. Mr. Asija attended UMASS Lowell, Massachusetts for Master of Computer Engineering and NIT Kurukshetra India for Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
